Market-validation privacy notice. TERTR uses Microsoft Forms to collect survey responses and Microsoft 365/SharePoint to store response data. This notice should be reviewed as the business develops and before wider commercial use.

What we collect

When you complete the TERTR market-validation survey, we may collect your survey responses. If you choose to stay involved, we may also collect your email address and the type of updates you asked to receive.

Why we use it

We use survey responses to understand customer needs, assess demand for TERTR Base Camp T1 and improve the concept. Where you give us your email address and consent to contact, we use it to provide the updates you selected.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use Microsoft Forms to collect survey responses and Microsoft 365/SharePoint to store and manage the resulting data. We may also use service providers for website hosting, email or analytics where needed.

How long we keep it

We will keep market-validation responses only for as long as they are useful for product development and commercial validation, and will review the data periodically rather than retaining it indefinitely.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time. You may also contact us about access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable.
